National Induction Day
Our induction day gathers more than 400 new AIESEC members for on-boarding. On top of team building sessions and training workshops, there will be dialogues with top leaders from the government, corporates and the social sector about today’s education system, and the way forward for youth to become future top leaders.

Youth Leadership Conference
Every year, we organize annual conferences that gather AIESEC leaders from our local chapters to discuss the upcoming strategies and equip them with various leadership skills.

Outlier CSV Challenge
Outlier CSV Challenge serves to continue AIESEC’s mission in breeding future leaders for Hong Kong. Gathering over 200 youths, together they innovate profitable and socially impactful solutions for the betterment of Hong Kong based on tracks proposed by our partners. Winners of the challenge will be offered fast-track interview opportunities of our partners’ internship positions.

Youth To Sustainability Summit
Youth to Sustainability Summit is an annual leadership conference delivering leadership trainings to 200 high school students and facilitating them to come up with profitable and socially impactful solutions. At the end of the Summit, youth will present their social projects to the general public and key influencers in our society.
We welcome our partners to be guests interacting with our youths through panel discussions, sharing and trainings.
